1. Controller and roles
Solara Real Estate Group s.r.o. is controller for Global Catalog accounts, platform security, global enquiries and network administration. Independent regional offices are separate controllers for their listings, clients and enquiries. Where Solara processes regional data solely to host or transmit the platform, the applicable contractual processing arrangement governs that activity.
2. Data processed
We may process account identifiers, name, organisation, role, email, regional catalog URL, authentication data in hashed form, activity and security logs, import/export events, property references, messages and technical device or network information.
3. Purposes and bases
Data is processed to create and manage authorised accounts, provide requested catalog and cooperation functions, perform contractual and pre-contractual steps, secure the network, prevent abuse, keep evidence of actions, comply with law and pursue legitimate operational and legal interests. Consent is used where required for optional technologies or communications.
4. Recipients and transfers
Data may be available to authorised Solara staff, the responsible regional office, assigned agents, hosting, security and communication providers, professional advisers and authorities where legally required. Transfers outside the EEA require an applicable safeguard.
5. Retention
Account and activity data is retained for the life of the authorised relationship and thereafter only as necessary for legal obligations, claims, security and audit. Enquiries and technical logs follow purpose-specific retention periods.
6. Rights
Subject to the GDPR and applicable law, data subjects may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing and may withdraw consent. Contact legal@realnyx.com. A complaint may be filed with the competent supervisory authority. Requests concerning a regional office’s own client relationship may be redirected to that office.
7. Security and updates
Passwords are stored as hashes where supported and access is role restricted. No internet service is entirely risk-free. This notice is updated when processing or legal requirements change.Effective from 29 August 2026
