1. Operator and system owner
The Global REALNYX Property Catalog is owned under the REALNYX Franchise Systems designation and operated by Solara Real Estate Group s.r.o. These terms govern browsing and use of public, office, partner and guest functions. Purchase and renewal of software licences are governed separately on realnyx.net.
2. Origin of listings
Listings are supplied and updated by independent regional offices and authorised sources. Each source office is responsible for the legality, accuracy, availability, price, media rights and client-facing service connected with its listings. The operator provides the shared catalog infrastructure and does not become the seller, landlord, broker or party to a property transaction merely by displaying a listing.
3. Informative character
Descriptions, prices, price-from indications, dimensions, availability, commissions, photographs and documents may change and are not a binding offer unless expressly confirmed in a separate written agreement. Users must verify material information with the responsible office before relying on it.
4. Accounts and access
Office and partner accounts are linked to authorised regional catalogs. Guests may receive restricted access from an office. Credentials are personal to the authorised organisation or user, must be protected and must not be shared. Access may be restricted or suspended for security, misuse, expired authority or breach of these terms.
5. Import, export and media
Import, XML/data export, gallery download and partner information are available only according to the assigned role. Export does not transfer ownership of content or media rights. A user may reuse data and photographs only for an authorised property transaction, cooperation or catalog publication and must preserve source, rights and accuracy. Automated scraping, bulk copying, resale of data and removal of rights notices are prohibited.
6. Cooperation
Messages, commission data and partner materials are confidential network information. A response, import or message does not itself create a reservation, brokerage agreement or entitlement to commission. Cooperation and commission must be confirmed by the responsible parties separately.
7. Intellectual property
The platform, source code, structure, design, databases and REALNYX marks are protected. No licence is granted except the limited right to use the functions available to the user’s role.
8. Availability and liability
Reasonable measures are used to keep the catalog secure and available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by mandatory law, the operator is not liable for independent office content, third-party services or decisions made without verification. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
