1. Provider and acceptance
REALNYX Sign is provided by REALNYX ESTATES S.L., tax ID B72995343. Contact: legal@realnyx.com.
Accessing or using the application means that you accept these terms. Do not use the service if you disagree with them.
2. What REALNYX Sign does
The application lets you load a PDF in the browser, add a handwritten signature and download the resulting document. The PDF and signature stroke are processed locally on the user device and are not uploaded to or stored by REALNYX during the normal flow.
Optional technical verification adds the connection IP address, UTC date and time and a random reference to the visible signature record. This function does not receive the PDF or signature image.
3. Nature of the signature
REALNYX Sign helps add a handwritten electronic signature. Its validity and evidential value depend on the document, the parties, applicable law and the specific circumstances.
Important: REALNYX Sign is not a qualified trust service provider, does not issue identity certificates and optional verification does not turn the signature into a qualified electronic signature.
The user must check whether a transaction requires a special form, stronger identification, an electronic certificate, notarial intervention or a qualified signature.
4. Permitted use and obligations
The user confirms having the capacity and authority to sign and permission to process the document. The user agrees to:
- not impersonate anyone or use another person signature;
- not load unlawful or unauthorised content;
- review the final document before using or sending it;
- store the downloaded PDF securely;
- not disrupt, block or abuse the application.
5. Availability and liability
The application may be updated, interrupted or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security or external reasons. REALNYX applies reasonable security measures, but no internet service can guarantee absolute availability.
REALNYX does not review documents or advise on their validity. It is not responsible for consequences of incorrect, unlawful or inappropriate use, except for liability that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Intellectual property
The application, design, code, texts, visual identity and REALNYX and I ♥ REALNYX signs belong to their owners or are used with permission. Users retain all rights and responsibilities relating to their own documents.
7. Privacy and data
REALNYX Sign follows data minimisation: no account is required, no advertising profile is created and data is not sold. Read the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
8. Governing framework and contact
These terms are interpreted under Spanish law and the applicable European framework, including Regulation (EU) No 910/2014 (eIDAS), as amended. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable where relevant.
