2. Purpose
This notice governs access to and use of REALNYX Sign, a web tool for adding a handwritten signature to PDF documents and downloading them from the browser. The service is part of the I ♥ REALNYX applications.
3. Access and proper use
Access is generally open and requires no registration. Users must act lawfully, diligently and with respect for third-party rights, security and the Terms of Use.
Users must not bypass security, deliberately overload the service, insert malicious code, impersonate anyone or sign without authority.
4. Intellectual property
The design, code, structure, texts, graphics, marks and proprietary content are protected by intellectual property law. REALNYX, REALNYX Sign and I ♥ REALNYX belong to their respective owners.
User documents remain with their owner; REALNYX does not acquire rights over them merely because the application is used.
5. Links and technical resources
The application may link to REALNYX sites or load technical resources required to display and generate PDFs. Each external site maintains its own terms and policies.
6. Availability and liability
REALNYX takes reasonable measures to keep the application available and protected. Interruptions, incompatibilities, errors, maintenance or incidents beyond its control may occur.
The application does not itself verify the identity or authority of a signer and does not replace legal advice, qualified certification or notarial intervention. Users must review the document and decide whether this form of signature is suitable.
7. Privacy as a principle
REALNYX Sign is not designed to collect, profile or monetise personal data. The PDF and signature are processed locally during the normal flow; data is not sold or shared for advertising. Read the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
